We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a base salary between $36,000 and $40,000 per year, with a minimum first-year earning potential of $70,000+ through commission and bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in another industry, with a preference for those who are already licensed, though this is not a requirement.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train someone experienced in sales.
- Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
- Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.

- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
