Experienced applicants start with a $40,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $20,000 in commission last year. You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills to our agency and grow your career. Property, Casualty, and Life licenses are required.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must have ability to multi-task.

Professional phone etiquette.

Career minded vision.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Great Customer Service Skills.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required.

Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
