Hybrid opportunity available following training.
As an entry-level producer you should expect a base salary of $30,000 with $10,000 to $25,000 in commissions per year.
Experienced Insurance Sales Reps could see $45,000 in base salary and should deliver business that warrants $15,000 to $30,000 in commissions each year.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process;
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Complete applications for new policies & process customer policy change requests.
- Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels - cold calls, direct email and other lead generation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database
Requirements

- A Property & Casualty insurance license will be required.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
