Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Communicate with prospective customers by phone (text, call) and email.
• Record all communications, details on interactions, quote and policy information for leads and new clients on Agency Zoom
• Follow up on closed sales to ensure policy requirements are satisfied

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Reside in CA or live in Pacific Time Zone.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
