Salary Range: $45000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products.Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.Policy Recommendations: Customize insurance policies to meet the unique requirements of each client.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an active insurance license in the state of Missouri.Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting client needs and delivering exceptional service.Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving sales targets.Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.Tech Proficiency: Competency in using digital tools, CRM software, and communication platforms for efficient workflow.
