Responsibilities
- Articulate information with efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness to meet customer needs. Aspire to deliver best in class service to our clients.
- Effectively manage prospecting goals and sales targets to drive business growth.
- Develop and nurture businesses of influence to expand our network.
- Set up referral network and centers of influence
- Engage in discussions about insurance product offerings with current and potential customers.
- Demonstrate a passion for life insurance and utilize an outgoing personality to build meaningful connections.
- Achieve and exceed production requirements and goals assigned by the agent.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license required. A license is not required to apply. Employer will assist with licensing.
- Previous sales experience is required!!!
- Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks.
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
- Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
