As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve
agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help
grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships
within the community.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
Maintain knowledge of new products and services
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Current Licensed candidates will be strongly considered
Insurance License: Possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, the insurance industry is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations through exceptional service and support.
Professionalism: Demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
