Insurance Telemarketer - Primary Location

Victoria Ares Agency is seeking a dedicated Insurance Telemarketer to join our team in Irmo, South Carolina. We are a fast-paced and client-focused agency that values personal connections and delivering top-notch service. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients over the phone to introduce them to our insurance offerings and assist them in selecting the right coverage.

Responsibilities

Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients through telemarketing efforts, introducing them to our insurance products and services.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance offerings to effectively communicate benefits to prospects and address their inquiries.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into satisfied clients.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our agents to meet with interested clients, facilitating the sales process.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, details of conversations, and follow-up actions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with prospects.

Telemarketing Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or a customer-facing role is a plus.

Persistence: A resilient and motivated mindset to overcome objections and achieve sales targets.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone.

Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain thorough records.

Availability: Willingness to work in-office in Irmo, South Carolina, during regular business hours.
