Shall: *** Enter insurance policies, insurance-related documents, and other transactions into applicable computer systems. *** Search, update, assign, interpret, select, and code items to be entered or extracted from a database. *** Implement all process and procedure changes set forth by the department manager to ensure production standards are met. *** Assist in identifying and communicating system issues impacting production. *** Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements or modifications. *** Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, answering phones, assisting in other support functions or related departments.
