We are seeking an Intake Case Manager to join our team at our programs in Newburgh, NY.
Position Details:
* Conduct family assessments
* Make home visits to assess and support client needs
* Assist clients with referrals to appropriate services
* Coordinate and communicate with community providers, school personnel, and the Orange County Department of Social Services
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Multi-task effectively and manage diverse responsibilities
* Collaborate well as a team player
* Advocate on behalf of clients
* Work independently with minimal supervision
* Exercise sound judgment in decision-making
Earn: $22.09 per hr.
