VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full-Time role as the Intake Coordinator. This position is responsible for receiving external referrals, making screening calls with potential members and scheduling initial assessments with enrollment nurses. The Intake Coordinator will play an integral role in assisting and maintaining the Business Development Manager's relationships with all referral sources.
Some daily activities will include:
- Ensure timely outbound calls of all incoming referrals.
- Medicaid verification and update of enrollment system.
- Help maintain timeliness and accuracy of data for reporting.
- Analyze quantity and quality of referrals.
- Perform other job related duties as me be required by the supervisor
We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job related experience. Associate's degree required. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem solving will be vital to this position. Bilingual skills required - Russian.
