About the Job
Description:
-Handles inbound calls (roughly 60-70 daily) -Take calls from customers who are looking to request service to their alarm systems -Handle calls from field dispatch team who are going onsite for client requests -Enter in alarm tickets in an prompt and efficient manner -Timely update service tickets throughout the day from start to completion -Research and report back on a customer's alarm history
