NOW HIRING INTAKE REPS IN BALTIMORE!!
**This role is fully on-site 5 days a week**
Have you ever wanted to pursue a career in the administrative field of legal work? This could be for you!
- The Intake Representative will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and conducting an intake to see if the caller could be a potential client
- You will see around 70-80 calls a day, so this will be very busy
- Will be responsible for accurate data entry and taking down client information
- Transferring calls as needed
- Extensive growth potential and career stability
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer experience- open to administrative, call center, front desk
- Must have experience on the phones speaking with customers in a fast paced environment
- Must be customer service oriented, have a "customer first" mentality
- Must be comfortable speaking with clients on a daily basis
- Must be proficient in data entry and computers
- High School Diploma required
