We are looking for an Intake Specialist and/or Intake Manager and Director to join our growing team.

Position Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients
- Screen potential candidates
- Open claim with insurance companies
- Coordinate sign-ups of new clients
- Impute new client information into Casepeer software
- Coordinate with attorneys to make decisions on prospective cases
- Build strong rapport with potential clients
- Track and follow up with potential cases to schedule follow-up calls to secure representation
- Must be proficient in Outlook and Adobe.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Experience with Personal Injury software such as Casepeer is a plus.
- Must be familiar with operation of general office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills required.
- Prior PC experience required including knowledge of word processing software (Word and Excel preferred).
- Must have at least two years personal injury experience
- Must have at least two years intake or case management experience
