Overview
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) Analystto support the U.S. Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Technical Support program at Shaw AFB, SC.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Provide expert analytic support on Adversary Air Defense and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) integration through the authoring and critical review of adversary Air Defense related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to 9 AF (USAFCENT) plans and/or operations, or USAF and ally aircrew training. These products may include, but are not limited to, PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, and items of interest, collection requirements, production requirements, Request for Information (RFI) answers, and staff summary packages for general officers, Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC)/9 AF (USAFCENT) staff and supported unit
- Provide critical oversight of training on predictive and forensic analysis of adversary lethal and non-lethal Air Defense systems, including command and control, air surveillance and early warning, battle management, surface-to-air missile systems, air defense artillery, electronic warfare, and denial and deception.
- Serve as the air-defense-advisor to 9 AF (USAFCENT) Technical Analysis Teams (CENTAT), providing analytic oversight and quality control to bi-annual CENTAT working groups. CENTAT reports comprise the backbone of the USAF’s Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures Manual 3-1, directly impacting how the USAF “trains to ”
- Provide expert analytic support to 9 AF (USAFCENT) planning, drafting and reviewing prioritized intelligence and production requirements, intelligence estimates, and annexes and
- Serve as the adversary Air Defense authority on 9 AF (USAFCENT)’s Red Team, during war-gaming and exercises, which support 9 AF (USAFCENT)’s adaptive planning
- As directed, leverage all formal and informal analytic exchanges, as well as training opportunities, in order to foster peer-to-peer collaboration, ensure thorough vetting of products, and deliberately pursue/maintain acuity on essential elements of
- Maintain coordination/collaboration, critical to mission success, with: the National Command Authority; National, International, and Service Intelligence Centers; Combatant Commands, Air Components, and Wing Intelligence.
- Maintain specialized intelligence and operations community accesses pertinent to their functional area, in order to enhance situational awareness and planning support. One, some, or all of the following may be required, and this list should not be considered definitive: Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM), Joint Special Technical Operations (JSTO), Limited Distribution Signals Intelligence reporting, and Limited Distribution Human Intelligence
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Bachelor’s degree or six (6) years’ comparable USAF
- Working knowledge of USCENTCOM AOR political/military threats, understanding of violent extremist organizations, terrorist organizations, working knowledge of intelligence analysis and tradecraft techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- USCENTCOM AOR experience, preferred
- Advanced Analytic training, preferred
- Unit level experience working with aircrew, preferred
