Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (Spanish-speaking) – Pediatrics

Our Health Center offers a range of primary and specialty health care for adults and children. We provide specialized clinics, Eye Care, Dental, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN.
As an integrated member of the Pediatrics clinic, the Clinician will work with a diverse team of primary care providers, psychiatrists, nurses and community health workers to provide high-quality, comprehensive care for patients experiencing Behavioral Health concerns including by:
- Providing Warm Handoffs for in-the-moment connection to Behavioral Health services to reduce stigma and improve uptake into needed care
- Providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and brief behavioral health interventions for patients within the Pediatrics setting
- Providing longitudinal individual therapy to a panel of patients
- Coordinating with members of the patient’s care team as needed
- Providing case management, including working with our team of resource specialists
- Documenting clinical work and communications in integrated electronic medical record, including regular treatment planning
- Participating in trainings, clinical supervision, and quality improvement activities
Requirements:
- Masters in Social Work
- Spanish fluency
- License preferred but not required
(We can provide supervised hours towards LICSW).
An ideal candidate would be culturally competent and able to adapt therapeutic interventions to an ethnically, linguistically and racially diverse patient population.
Compensation:
· $68,000 - $80,000 per year plus benefits
· Opportunities for Federal and State educational loan forgiveness
