Overview
Responsible for supporting assigned regional marketing leads with focus on reporting, marketing and brand platform support and analytics. The person in this role works with the regional lead as well as stakeholders at hotels and within the corporate office as a marketing resource and collaborates to align internal and external partners and resources to support projects including web development, photography and branding.
The Integrated Marketing Coordinator has strong interpersonal, time management and follow-up skills, practices self-management, is results oriented and is able to manage multiple projects and requests with ease.

Responsibilities
- Assist regional leader with managing hotel-based marketing managers. Help with scheduling, note-taking and follow up on action items.
- Support effective communication throughout the team. Help distribute information, set up meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Assist with compiling reports, making updates to websites and managing creative requests.
- Conduct research as needed to support the team and summarize findings for the regional leader.
- Assist the regional leader with special projects, taking on tasks as assigned and learning from the experience.
- Track and analyze projects' progress and report on any potential blockers, risks or deficits to management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- Prepare reports as needed and report individual hotel results consistently on a monthly basis.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Able to manage and refine process to address changing business needs.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a face-paced environment.
- Good understanding of paid search, social media and email marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience using Microsoft business applications; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
