About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with a strong background in Workday HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, resolving client issues, and collaborating with a team of consultants to ensure the successful integration of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent documentation skills, a proactive approach, and government experience, particularly with Workday PATT.
Must-Have Skills:
- Workday HR, Payroll, and Time Tracking: 3-5 years of experience with Workday systems in these areas.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings.
- Microsoft Tools Proficiency: Competent in Excel, Word, and Teams for documentation and collaboration.
- strong Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and thorough documentation.
- Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Reporting: Ability to generate and interpret reports in Workday.
- Workday Absence: Familiarity with absence management within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document requirements for Workday Time Tracking, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Analyze and resolve client issues, tracking solutions in JIRA for transparency.
- Collaborate with the Client Lead and other consultants to manage workload and meet project timelines.
- Interpret and map client data into Workday, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide structured, detailed documentation for all processes and solutions.
