JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects and warehouse operations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and exceptional leadership skills. The successful candidate will bring structure, organization, and consistency to the delivery team of the CGI Cleveland organization, act as a reliable source of information to those around them and be a steadying influence in the midst of changing requirements and conditions.

EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management or proven experience of Project Management / Warehouse Management
- Experienced in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Experience with A/V systems, mechanical, structural or construction field preferred.
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Been in a Leadership Role for a Minimum of 5 years
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- May require 20-30% travel
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Strategic planning for the local organization's future, and defining goals and objectives with CGI Cleveland Management
- Identifying ways to improve processes and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Hiring and training employees
- Managing quality assurance programs
- Tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Mentoring team members
- Finding ways to increase the quality of customer service
- Support of materials and resource procurement
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Local Service work as needed
- Inventory Management
- Salary will depend on experience.
