Intellectual Property Administrator
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Intellectual Property, the IP Administrator will be a critical member of Erasca's Intellectual Property team. The successful candidate will be positive, detail-oriented and able to work proactively and independently. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Note the position can be filled from 60-75% effort and may eventually grow to 100%.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal IP attorneys and outside counsel to ensure accurate docketing of Erasca's domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution.
- Align with internal IP counsel to ensure visibility regarding all IP filing and conversion deadlines.
- Administer document execution and filing process for all IP files.
- Patent annuity payment management, with direct instruction responsibility to Erasca's service provider.
- Working within Legal and with other departments and stakeholders, create and implement strong and efficient processes that are scalable and fit for purpose.
- Perform all duties in keeping with the Company's core values, policies and all applicable regulations.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required. Paralegal certificate preferred.
- At least four years of IP administration experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
- First-hand experience with and knowledge of an IP docketing system.
- Current knowledge of requirements for domestic and foreign IP filings.
- Experience prioritizing workflow.
- Ability to perform effectively with little or no supervision and within established time limits and formal deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and drive projects and tasks with extreme attention to detail.
- In-depth computer proficiency skills in MS Office suite and desire to master software and new applications.
- Strong written and oral communication proficiency.
- Excellent time management.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Ability to think creatively and work in a team environment.

Theanticipatedsalaryrangefor this position is$55.00 - 62.00 per hour.Thefinalsalaryofferedtoasuccessfulcandidatewillbedependentonseveralfactorsthatmayincludebutarenotlimitedtothetypeandlengthofexperiencewithinthejob,typeandlengthofexperiencewithintheindustry,education,etcetera. In addition to base salary, the hired applicant will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and an equity grant at hire and annually in the form of the option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
