Intellectual Property Attorney - Gpac

Regarded national law firm seeks an attorney with a minimum of seven years’ experience to join its Intellectual Property group. The ideal candidate will have experience prosecuting intellectual property matters and experience licensing intellectual property rights. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage intellectual property license and transfer agreements, as well as clearance, registration, protection strategy, and due diligence matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Intellectual Property 
• Experience negotiation and preparation of a wide variety of intellectual property related agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in California
