Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution Associate - Philadelphia, PA
Description: This firm has an opening for an Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution Associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of patent prosecution and patent application drafting, leading inventor meetings, and developing patent strategy.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Undergraduate or advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in computer science and life sciences (chemistry or biology) are required.
- Must be licensed to practice in Pennyslvania.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Patent preparation and prosecution experience required.
- Undergraduate or advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in computer science and life sciences (chemistry or biology) are required.
- USPTO registration required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements
