Summary:
This position is located in the Office of Open Source Intelligence, Directorate of Threat Investigations and Analysis (TIA), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Department of State (DoS).
In this position, you will serve as an intelligence research analyst with designated language skills assigned to an operational shift in the Office of Open Source Intelligence, hereafter referred to as the Office.

This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract (PSC) position. PSCs do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience utilizing datasets to identify and analyze potential threats.
- Experience preparing detailed reports related to open source intelligence assessments.
- Experience serving as liaison to and for external stakeholders.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
