Job Summary:

• Leadership experience preferred for Medical Director position
• Board certified in critical care
• 24 bed Med/Surg ICU and 10 bed Cardiac ICU
• 24/7 in house physician coverage: 12 hr MD and 12 hr APP day coverage, and 12 hr MD night
• Average census 20 patients per day
• Supervise all full or part time Intensivists and Advanced Practice Providers
• Lead quality improvement initiatives,
• Foster strong relationships with physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
• Develop, implement, and oversee ICC standards and protocols
• Provide peer support to the Intensivist team members to establish and achieve program initiatives and goals
• Full Time, 15, 12 hour shifts per month, in addition to administrative responsibilities
