As an Interactive Designer—Video, Motion, Social, you’ll be part of our fast-paced creative team, shaping how our brand connects with customers in the digital space. You'll create high-quality, engaging video, motion content and digital design that communicates the power of organization and inspires action.

• Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with designers, art directors, UX teams, copywriters, and project managers to produce cohesive and engaging digital experiences.
• Motion Graphics & Illustrations: Design and integrate animations, infographics, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and make product benefits easy to understand.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos using studio footage, combining images, graphics, and illustrations with motion graphics to clearly explain product features.
• Social Media Integration: Create video content optimized for social platforms while maintaining consistency with The Container Store’s visual identity and brand tone.
• Training & Educational Content: Produce video series to provide product education, assembly guides, and best practices for maximizing organizational solutions.
• Commercial & Mobile Video Production: Create compelling content using both professional-grade equipment and mobile phones, ensuring high production value across all formats.
• Efficiency & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering content on time and within scope while maintaining The Container Store’s high-quality standards.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay current with video production, motion design, and social content trends, incorporating emerging techniques and tools to keep content fresh.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in visual design, video production, graphic design, motion design, and social media content creation, with a strong portfolio.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, graphic design, video production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro), including video editing, motion graphics, and integrating live-action footage with graphics.
• Creative Vision: Ability to transform creative concepts into engaging narratives, whether through high-end video production or quick, gritty mobile content.
• Agility & Wit: Ability to create real-time content that resonates with cultural moments, trends, and timely experiences.
• Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, such as UX, creative, and marketing, to align content with business goals.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality content on time.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot between tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, while incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area on a hybrid schedule
