About the Job
Our Vaco team is partnering with a large consumer services client on a fully remote interim Accounting Manager opportunity. This person will be a "do-er" and not managing anyone, but rather operate independently across various accounting duties to include allocations, intercompany transactions, complex reconciliations, journal entries, true-ups, and analysis. Great Plains experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Great Plains is required
- Must be local to CST or EST time zones
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, with proven experience contributing to monthly/yearly close for a large enterprise
- High attention to detail, with ability to document workflows and make recommendations when necessary
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
