As the Interim CFO, your primary responsibility will be managing the company's capital strategy, leading refinancing efforts, and raising capital to ensure operational stability through mid-year. This role is ideal for a financial leader with a strong background in capital markets, refinancing, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Raise Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to raise capital, ensuring the company has the financial resources necessary to address cash flow needs and pursue growth initiatives.
Refinancing: Spearhead the refinancing process, working closely with lenders and bankers in the manufacturing sector to secure favorable terms and increase financial availability.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity to support operations through Q2 and beyond.
Turnaround Strategy: Implement financial restructuring initiatives to streamline operations and strengthen the company's financial position.
Financial Advocacy: Serve as a key advocate for the company’s financial health, working with financial institutions to structure favorable deals and provide ongoing support for the business's financial needs.
Strategic Financial Planning: Partner with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading capital raises and refinancing efforts, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong relationships with lenders and bankers, particularly in manufacturing and capital markets.
Extensive experience in corporate finance, financial restructuring, and cash flow management.
Demonstrated success in turnaround and capital structure management.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
