Position: Interim Controller

Responsibilities:
- Produce financial statements in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with CPA firm to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
- Prepare for audits and work closely with auditors during the audit process.
- Oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Manage daily banking activities and ensure effective cash management.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience with month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in handling intercompany transactions.
- Previous experience in cash management and/or banking.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing audits and tax return preparation.
- Experience working in a global company setting.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
