About the Job
Our Vaco team is partnering with a business services client on an interim staff accountant to cover a maternity leave.
As an interim Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting general ledger activity that manages routine and high volume transactions of a large enterprise
Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: bank reconciliations and analysis, AR aging, GL management and month end activities (journal entries), and other duties commensurate with that of a staff accountant
The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (i.e
Business Administration)
2+ years of general ledger accounting experience (proven ability to prepare journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, A/R, A/P)
Available to start by 11/4 and commit to 5 months

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
