Job Title: Interim Vice President, Revenue Cycle

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Client: Hospital system + medical groups

Location: Midwest

Start Date: Sept-Oct

Summary of Position: Responsible for the strategic and operational revenue cycle initiatives for the system (acute care and medical group). The Interim Vice President of Revenue Cycle is responsible for achieving and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process across organizational facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or Master’s degree in hospital or business administration, accounting or related field
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in a similar position within the healthcare receivables field
• Demonstrated experience in utilization of patient accounting systems, preferably Epic
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organization, self-motivation, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and Accounts Receivable processes
