Interior Landscaping- Sr. Sales Design Rep

Salaried Position: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Some weekends and holidays during peak seasons

Proposals include but are not limited to; installation of indoor blooming and/or tropical plants, dish gardens, live-walls, and seasonal holiday decor. Job Duties:

• Develop, present, and sell creative and functional interior planting  designs/proposals as well as interior holiday decor to meet departmental budgeted sales goals 
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing tailored design options that meet the functional needs of their space as well as align with their interior design style
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt communication, regular site-visits, and check-ins 
• Coordinate with perishable and hardgood product Buyers and Installation team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of proposals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met 
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including assisting with the creation of promotional materials and campaigns 

Qualifications:

• Strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills 
• Proficient with professional commercial design presentations
• Experience in interior design or related field
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Prompt communication and ability to give work direction 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines 
• Knowledge of interior tropical plants, common pests and diseases
• Knowledge of maintenance/installation for commercial/business applications
