Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee Interiors construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, with a focus on Interiors
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, construction workers, and other on-site personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues
- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential problems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Experience Commercial Superintendent with strong interiors project experience
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale commercial construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of tilt wall construction methods, including panel design, casting, lifting, and bracing techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
