The e-Commerce team is seeking an iOS Engineer. This position will be responsible for working with the E-commerce team and internal design teams to implement progressive iOS (Mobile and Tablet) applications for Lilly Pulitzer e-commerce, Internet marketing, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be very proficient in writing Objective-C in Xcode or their IDE of choice. This is a key role on the e-Commerce team and the candidate will be expected to interface with other developers on the team to build the necessary components (data structures and web services) to support the iOS application.

- Experience with iOS Core Graphics and Core Data
- Experience with modern server-side technologies (Java 7 (our tech stack is Java 7), Python, Django, MongoDB, Celery, Redis, etc.)
- Experience with iOS, Objective-C or Cocoa Touch

SKILLS AND WORK ETHIC REQUIRED:
- Experience with iOS, Objective-C or Cocoa Touch
- Push Notifications
- Solid in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms
- Good visual design aesthetic and creative drive with a passion for user experience
- A passion for great user experiences across users of all ages
- Experience deploying at least one iOS app that is currently available in the App Store
- The desire to produce great code
- Familiar with multi threading
- Familiar with a variety of design patterns Factory, Decorator, Singleton
- Familiar with Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and Rest
- Working knowledge of OSX / Linux CLI or a Windows alternative
- DB Skills (SQL Server)
- SVN, Git
- Experience with iOS Core Graphics and Core Data
- Experience with modern server-side technologies (Java 7 (our tech stack is Java 7), Python, Django, MongoDB, Celery, Redis, etc.)
- Experience with web development technologies (i.e. Core JavaScript, RequireJS, JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Backbone) in case we need to wrap a web app using a product like: PhoneGap
- Experience with Android development a plus
- Staying up to date on the latest technologies and implementations
- Ability to work well across multiple departments and independently, as well as the ability to interact productively within team setting
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay abreast of new technology in the e-commerce and development space
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong and palpable "sense of urgency for implementing courses of action
- Genuine enthusiasm and excitement for Lilly Pulitzer merchandise, brand positioning, fun, and emotional connection with the consumer
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in mobile application development
- 3 - 5 years direct experience developing interactive projects with a focus on front-end web and mobile application
- Cart and Checkout experience
- Has or knows how to integrate 3rd party tracking software and/or Web Services
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of usability, accessibility and web standards as well as emerging development trends
