Job Description
CDM Smith seeks an Intermediate Training Specialist for a 3-month role starting immediately. The position can be remote, hybrid, or based in our Boston, MA office, reporting to the Learning Program Design Manager at our Global Headquarters.
This temporary role entails developing and producing learning solutions through a formal instructional design methodology. Responsibilities may involve collaborating with CDM Smith University Leadership to create and develop learning solutions across various delivery formats (e.g., instructor-led training, self-paced learning, blended learning). The position requires adherence to design guidelines, best practices, and standards established by leadership, as well as the completion of additional activities as assigned by the Manager.
Key Projects and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop training materials.
• Designing and developing or updating resources for micro learning, job aids, virtual classroom courses and e-learning.
• A proactive approach to creating training materials, with the ability to independently manage the development process, while also partnering with team members as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
