Intermodal CSR -- Dispatch - PrideStaff

PrideStaff has several clients in the Logistics field who are seeking to add to their teams, with front-line Dispatchers -- the key Customer Service role within the Transportation industry.

This requires people who love serving others, who can handle issues in a professional way, provide the connection between truckers and their clients, or dispatch a repair or towing service to solve an issue.  

These positions receive inbound calls and make outbound calls. You are following procedures to properly solve their issue. 

Entry pay ranges from $18-$20/hr . (2nd shift available)

Ideal Previous Experience --

 - Worked in a Call Center

 - Ability to handle several cases at once, professional demeanor and attitude
