Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025. 

About The Team 

Our Retail Digital team focuses on providing best-in-class online banking and mobile banking solutions.  We work with clients to build deeper relationships with their digital banking teams, gathering feedback from them to help align our teams with the bank goals and strategies.  Through these partnerships, our goal is to drive client satisfaction and loyalty to FIS.

What You Will Be Doing  

As an Account Executive Intern, you will meet with clients to help showcase our latest and greatest digital solutions and help walk through our upcoming plans for development.  A deeper look at your responsibilities will include:

• Gain a deep understanding of the Fintech industry and our digital banking solutions
• Build deep relationships with our client base to create loyalty
• Perform client demonstrations and strategic discussions about our roadmap
• Collect open and honest feedback from clients
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to share feedback and provide next steps to clients
• Maintain meticulous notes
• Engage with the sales and relationship teams to assist with client questions and concerns specific to our digital banking solutions

What You Bring

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
