- Assist customers, brokers, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) while acting as an intermediary between internal StoneX departments such as risk, compliance, accounting, operations, legal etc
- Understanding the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front end trading platforms
- Understanding and utilizing StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Analyze customers daily PNL, margins,
- Run sample portfolios for potential clients using StoneX back-office systems
- Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues
- Prepare and assist marketing and internal documents
- Begins to develop a current knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the CES.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in.
- Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
- Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.
- Monitor and correct any trade breaks or errors
- Address last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance regarding action to liquidate a client’s position

Early Careers Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a June 2024 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
