Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the Continuous Improvement Team in the summer of 2025! 

Over the course of our 12-week program, our interns will gain:  

• Practical Experience: Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gainrelevant experience in Continuous Improvement Analytics. 

• Professional Development: Develop your professional network by connecting with colleagues, managers, and fellow interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership.  

• Career Advancement: Potential forpart-time and full-time employment based on your performance and the company’s needs. 

• Process Analysis: Assist in evaluating current operational processes and identifying areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives. 
• Project Support: Collaborate with team members on various continuous improvement projects. Assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements. 

• Documentation: Help in documenting process changes, creating process maps, and maintaining records of project progress and outcomes. 

• Research: Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends to support continuous improvement efforts. 

• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations for management review. 

• TeamCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain Management, or equivalent 
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience 

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills 

• Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions 

• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative 

• Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
