We are currently seeking a Corporate Accounting - People Operations Intern to join our highly skilled, dynamic team.

The Corporate Accounting - People Operations Intern will assist the Corporate Accounting team with projects and report preparation and support the People Operations department in a variety of functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, training and employee services. This is a temporary position and performs the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR administrative assistance, such as reviewing job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, running employee related reports, filing, data organization, etc.
- Administrates pre-employment processes including interviews, scheduling, drug testing and offer letters.
- Collaborate with People Operations Business Partner with new employees onboarding.
- Conduct various HRIS audits.
- Assist with sales and use tax compliance.
- Assist with inventory reporting and SEC filings.
- Assist with internal control testing and documentation.
- Assist with projects, as assigned.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Performs qualification / validation activities as needed to support manufacturing and engineering as needed.
- Maintains applicable manufacturing, quality and materials records.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or equivalent. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, or equivalent.
