Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business. 

T. Marzetti is looking for an intern to join the Quality Assurance Team at our Horse Cave, KY plant location in the summer of 2025!

Over the course of our 12-week program, our interns will gain:  

• Practical Experience: Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gainrelevant experience in Food Safety & Quality. 

• Professional Development: Develop your professional network by connecting with colleagues, managers, and fellow interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership.  

• Career Advancement: Potential forpart-time and full-time employment based on your performance and the company’s needs. 

• Learn and perform quality assurance analyst tasks 

• Product and process development for food manufacturing 

• Analyze QA process and data, further analyzing them for process improvement 

• Attend quality assurance and/or site meetings 

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Food Science, Microbiology, or equivalent 

• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience 

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills 

• Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions 

• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative 

• Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications, specifically Microsoft Excel 

• Understanding of Food Safety & Quality fundamentals
