Starting rate will be $17.10-$35.20 per hour dependent upon anticipated graduation year, location and experience.

Multiple Internship positions are available within our Health & Sustainability team. The paid internship experience is an opportunity to work on real projects that are meaningful and hands-on. Assignments Available
Environmental Social Governance Data Team (3 positions available)
Position will be hybrid with the first week of onboarding in the Quincy, MA or Salisbury, NC office location and then up to (3) days per week in office for the remainder of the internship
Position open to Undergraduate/Graduate Program candidates
Intern will support the efforts of the Health & Sustainability team at ADUSA through the experience of working with the ESG Data team. How companies report on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has become increasingly important to investors and regulators. As a result, corporate reporting has also become increasingly complex with greater expectations on financial controls and accounting requirements on the reasonable assurance of the data quality. The ESG Data team is service-oriented and expects an intern to participate, collaborate, and work to meet deliverables.
Project includes:
- Collaborate on a critical data collection project related to the verification of plastic packaging via a smaller sub team following a Design of Experiment.
- Develop and implement a strategy for data collection.
- Implement risk and controls procedures and build strong data governance resulting in more time spent on performance management and the advancement towards our organizational goals.
- Ensure consistency and the accuracy of data used in Ahold Delhaize’s internal ESG target-setting and external reporting.

Minimal Requirements -
- Enrolled in a graduate program; minimum GPA 3.0 is required
- U.S. citizenship/Permanent employment authorization
Experience or degree in nutrition, public health, statistics or related fields.
