About the Job
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include wafer fab process development for advanced high speed photo detectors. Work will be done under the guidance of experienced IC design engineers.
- Photolithography and dry etch wafer fab process development.
- Characterize the process output including across wafer and wafer-to-wafer uniformity using profilometer, confocal microscope, and SEM when needed.
- Design and execute Design of Experiments to optimize the process.
- Summarize results and present status in weekly meetings.
Education & Experience
- Prefer current MS or PhD student working toward a degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields. Relevant work and/or research is preferred in the areas wafer fab device fabrication.
Safety Requirements
