Experience a work environment that thrives on innovation, collaboration and partnership. **Key Duties** + Learns the basics of assigned aircraft towing plans, station equipment capabilities, station staffing schedules and develops, generates, prototypes, and implements to each major project for the functional area(s). + Learns to interact and partner with other key M&E departments such as Station Directors, Maintenance Control, and Line Planning as part of project development and prototyping. + Interacts with Line Maintenance on Flight Operations to assist with investigation and resolution of increasing technician productivity. + Learn Alaska's proactive approach to maintenance and reliability, as well as providing responsive customer service. + Learn Line Maintenance procedures associated with task completion and assist with development or improvement to existing procedures for productivity and Safety gains. + Learns new hire technician onboarding, training, and task assignments.
