About the Job
Quartz is seeking an intern to join our Sales team from June to August 2025. This paid internship will offer valuable experience and growth opportunities to prepare you for the next steps in your career. The Sales Intern will develop an awareness of the sales cycle, service and retention of accounts, sales communications, and agent licensing.

You will participate and learn important skills in real-world situations that can be applied to your career beyond the classroom to include, but not be limited to:
- Industry Knowledge: health insurance products, regulations, competitors, recent news
- Professional Skills: communication, time management, workplace etiquette
- Exposure and networking with health insurance industry stakeholders by preparing for and attending sales meetings and/or activities with employers, brokers, agents, etc.
- Exploration of Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management system) and Workfront (work management / project management software)
- Demonstrated interest in Sales as a possible career path
- Ability to work 40 hours a week from June to August 2025, with the possibility of extending into the school year
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- Open to All Majors

Applicants will work hybrid or full-time from our office in Madison, WI. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home in a hybrid setting.
