Primary Purpose of this Position:
Our future success relies on our ability to attract, develop and retain top talent. Our Internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited University or College who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.
What will you be responsible for?
+ Corporate interns will gain hands-on experiences while working on various projects throughout the summer:
+ Assist in analyzing demand forecasts and supply requirements.
+ Support the preparation and maintenance of supply planning documents and reports.
+ Help identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks.
+ Participate in inventory management initiatives to optimize stock levels.
+ Conduct data analysis.
+ Contribute to process improvement projects within the supply planning team.
+ Attend meetings and present findings to senior planners and stakeholders.
+ Collaborates with other Supply Chain interns and team members on projects that contribute to the overall Supply Chain strategies.
+ Communicates with and works cross functionally with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance to accomplish project work.
+ Utilizes analytics to drive improvement in operational results and promote effective decision making
+ Maintains file organization, process documentation, and team-sites
+ Participate in centrally-hosted professional development activities.
+ Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team.
+ Participate in day-to-day office activities.
+ Attend a full-cohort week in Colorado during the internship.
+ Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.
What are we looking for?
+ Minimum of a high school diploma and currently pursuing and enrolled to complete a Bachelors degree in a business related discipline at an accredited University or College.
+ Applicants must have completed at least one year of their degree prior to applying and have a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
+ job-related activities in a related field usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Salary Range: $ 24.00 - 26.00 Hourly
