Internal Audit Supervisor - TAD PGS, Inc

• Perform diverse and complex financial, compliance and operational internal audits of agencies or businesses, as needed. 
• Supervise and assist during all phases of the audit process including developing the plan, objectives, scope, and procedures. 
• Prepare audit programs to achieve objectives. 
• Complete audits on time and within budget. 
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing sufficient evidence and data to reach a conclusion on the audit objectives. 
• Conduct interviews with agencies to obtain understandings of internal control structures and document understandings in a clear and concise manner. 
• Prepare audit reports and management letters to communicate the results of each audit performed. 
• Assist and monitor with following up on the implementation of audit recommendations. 
• Communicate results of internal audits to leadership. 
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide job training, and deliver continuous performance feedback. 
• Assists with the annual wide risk assessment and the internal audit planning.

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Four (4) years of auditing, finance, compliance, risk control, or directly related experience is required.
• In good standing as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Audit Professional (CGAP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or relevant area is required.
• Two (2) years of prior supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
