Our client, a prominent company based in Piscataway, is in search of a skilled Internal Audit Supervisor for a dynamic opportunity. This hybrid role blends in-office and remote work, focusing on SOX compliance, operational audits, and risk analysis.
Position Details:
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in intricate audits and SOX controls, with a proven background in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotech, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational audits
Conduct SOX testing and ensure compliance
Manage compliance programs
Oversee the full audit life cycle
Identify and address audit risks and deficiencies
Perform SOX control walkthroughs
Prepare audit write-ups, work papers, and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA, MBA, CIA, CISA, CISM, or equivalent certification
Strong background in SOX compliance and operational audits
Preference for candidates with public accounting experience

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
