To support the delivery of effective internal communications and engagement campaigns across Maximus UK, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to communicate important messages and initiatives in line with the employee communication strategy.
Salary Range
Non-London - £28,000-£33,000pa
London £31,000- £36,000pa
Responsibilities:
Searching for and publishing news stories to help inform and engage colleagues
Working with stakeholders to build content for engagement campaigns and projects
Planning and publishing content across internal channels, such as email, intranet, social etc
Supporting all-colleague calls and other live events with organisation, delivery, scripting etc
Work alongside the employee communications managers and senior manager to deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging communication solutions for:
Purpose, Values, Strategy
Leadership events
Change, divisional and operational
Social value
Talent and Development initiatives
Engagement activities
Wellbeing initiatives
Recognition schemes
Compensation and Benefits projects
Support members of the wider team where necessary to achieve the overall team objectives, including:
Proofreading content to check for accuracy and grammatical errors
Ensuring communications are consistent and 'on brand'
Taking ownership of activities and tasks to support the team
Qualifications & Experience
• Experience of delivering compelling internal communications
• Experience of supporting on internal projects and campaigns
• Experience of supporting events for internal colleagues
• Qualification in a Communications or Marketing related discipline or significant relevant industry experience. (Desirable)

• Strong written, verbal communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
