Conhagen's West Coast Division is growing, and we're on the lookout for a Skilled Mechanic Foreman to lead our talented team in CA Shop 1 and Shop 2. If you have a passion for working on rotating equipment and are eager to lead, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations at our West Coast mechanic shops, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics in maintaining, repairing, and overhauling rotating equipment.
- Collaborate closely with our Leadership Team, Alfredo Nunez and Tim Hand, to ensure all projects meet customer specifications and timelines.
- Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation on the shop floor.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a mechanic with rotating equipment.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for craftsmanship and high-quality service.
