Internal Medicine - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Epic Care

ANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $145,000.00 - $165,000.00

We are seeking an energetic, adaptable, and collaborative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our Internal Medicine Physicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation in general medicine, demonstrate excellent teamwork, and show commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting annual physicals and wellness exams, ensuring patients receive preventive care and management of chronic conditions. You will provide comprehensive care to patients in a primary care setting, focusing on preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management, and effective communication with referring clinicians. You will manage a caseload in partnership with the healthcare team, optimizing patient health and coordinating care across various healthcare settings.

Hours and Location:

• San Leandro: Wed through Friday
• Emeryville: Saturday

Requirements:

• Appropriate degree as a Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Current California licensure.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Prior outpatient practice experience.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), EPIC.
• Spanish language skills (preferred but not required).
